Guild Wars 2

I went through the process to gather all the materials to craft a Fancy Chair. I started out with 3 Basic Chairs and crafted the other tools required. When I clicked craft for the final product, it proceeded then finished. However, I do not have a Fancy Chair consumable in my inventory, nor do I have one available in the Guild Storage / Decorations. It just ate my materials and gave me nothing in return.

Attachment 1 shows no fancy chair in storage
Attachment 2 shows no fancy chair crafted, and 2 basic chairs remaining.

Did you look in the processing queue? I thought that creating it prepared it for processing, but it needs to be processed for the guild to have access to it.

I was wondering the same yesterday after making the first furniture, even made a bug report, but it indeed goes into that mystical machine in workshop and not your inventory.

To be honest, that’s not a straightforward approach. Had it been a schematic I would have checked there, but even those go straight to your inventory. The item says it makes a “consumable”, therefore it should go to your inventory. At the very least it should be in the description that it will be ready for processing for similar.
