Reader,
I stumbled on the problem that you can promote guild members straight to the Leader rank, full permissions, and you’re unable to demote them, you’re only able to demote yourself.
I believe this is a huge security risk and should be changed to prevent any coups.

Please can you create a rank for guild owners that one cannot me promoted to.
The only way one should get guild owner is if the owner creates the guild or the owner passes permission down via an option in the Guild Roster tab.

Until it happens, I wouldn’t promote guild members straight to leader (I don’t really understand why you would do that anyway), but instead create a new rank that doesn’t have full powers

I was promoting guild members but mis-clicked, now I can’t demote although I created the guild.
