Guild Wars 2

Sorry if this isn’t the correct place but I tried to submit ingame via /support.

This screeny shows a Treb on our Spawn Walls which are “Seige Blocked” with the Treb hanging out over the walls edge. I questioned the player & the Guild Leader but got no reply so I am assuming they plan to continue using it? Unfortunately most of that guild left BP for DB mid-week so I expect it will be also used against us in future, even though we tried to stop them using it while they were on Borlis Pass.

Would this be considered a Bug or an Exploit?
