i sent mail to another player and they never received it.

Ask them if their mail is full. Usually the problem.

They need to increase the mail storage from 10 to something more significant. The amount of in-game gold and guild-invite spam I get is annoying having it fill half my mailbox in a day. 2-3 days and I won’t have any mail space for legitimate stuff from friends.

tell him to clean almost all his inbox , has happened to me
