It would be really awesome if ANet could fix the clipping of Howler on Medium Armor Coats (for Norn, not sure if it does it w/ other races). Nearly all of the Medium Armor are Coats, so there are very few alternatives. In addition the clipping is not just minor, it’s the entire head of the horn-wolf/snake while in combat; when stowed it’s ok. You cant really see the head move up and down like you’re supposed to just after using a skill. Since a Legendary means a lot to players as does the look of their armor, it would be greatly appreciated if Anet could fix this so we can fully enjoy Howler.

I am in the same boat as you.
I recently made the Howler, with armour, without armour, the same clipping occurs.
My female Norn ranger has her legendary war horn howler stuck inside her knee/leg.
I cannot even see the horn half the time when it’s out. Worked hard for this and to have this issue, is sort of lame.
