Seriously, Please fix Prosperity waypoint. I’m down a ton of silver and time having to zone out of being stuck at this waypoint. It only happens when you access it from outside dry top and it’s every time now.

When it happens again, go back to the character select screen and retart the toon. Yeah, it’s a pain, but it’s free.

Meantime, I suspect the devs decided it wasn’t worth an emergency patch to address this, since there’s an update scheduled for Tuesday. (There are lots of reasons why developers try to reduce the number of releases.)

Some players use /dance or /sit or swap weapons, and that seems to work…as another workaround.

I confess that I picked it up from another forum post on the topic. (Perhaps even by Inculpatus?) I didn’t have any luck with emotes, so this was faster for me.

It has been happening to me a lot on all my characters. I am assuming it will be included in the patch on the 29th. At least I hope it will…..

yeah, just remember to not port directly to Prosperity Waypoint from another map, after you are in Dry Top, it appears not to be a problem. A work around until it is fixed.

Nope this issue isn’t cleared by this, tried it. Hadn’t tried the log out and back in, will have to give it a shot though. It’s only a few silver but considering drop rates that’s an extra zing on top of the bug.

Don’t log all the way out. Just [F12] to return to the character selection screen and choose the same character. It “shouldn’t” take any long for screens to load thkittening a waypoint.

Well maybe we can hope it’s fixed next week! Must be a super complicated fix to move a vine 5m away

A lot of movement skills work too. Dark path on a mob that’s near by, engineer rocket boots.

I’ve only had it happen maybe three times ever, and I waypoint there a lot.

I tried the supposed tried-and-true fix a couple days ago, when I was stuck inside the vine there. Logged back to Character Select screen and back into Dry Top. Still stuck. Sigh.

No emotes worked, so I just used another Waypoint. It’s a tiny bit irking to have to spend the extra Gold. I’m sure it’s not permanent, but in the meantime, I just don’t use those Waypoints that cause you to be stuck, anymore.

i pretty sure they will not spend time to fix it …. We all know that Taimi device will make the WP less attractive for the vines … so maybe in DR Part 2 patch the vines will no longer be attracted to the Waypoints .. and fix the WP
