Today I decided to see if server changing would allow me to farm orichalcum nodes more times than I am able to at my current server. It seems that orichalcum nodes have different spawns in different servers but I am able to farm more. I am sending this ticket to ask about this, before I do it, to avoid being banned. I want to note that I only farmed one node from a different server but no more. So before I do this, I want to know if this is an exploit and if I am not supposed to do this. I searched the forums and found this topic:
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/server-transfers
The Community Leader’s answer points out that this is not an exploit and I am able to farm them if I want. But just to make sure, I wanted to recieve an answer here.

Since server transfers are free now you’d be able to “exploit” this but they will become paid. Then it wont be effcient at all :P And as stated by the Community Leader, its not efficient at all compared to just farming in the next zone.

I don’t mind. The question is if I can do this without being banned. That’s all.

they can’t ban you for something they don’t deem an exploit, if they can then they should have told me on the topic where i asked

This is why they’ll be charging gems for server transfers when they get the guesting feature working.
