I ordered enough mats to make a full set of leather ascended armor (Zojja’s, I’d been told by guildies it takes FOREVER to farm up the mats for it, so I decided to shell out some real money, and get enough gold to buy them all), and they were all in my little box in the window where it says “take all”. I hit “take all”, the game freezes, I get a message saying something was wrong with the server, which I thought nothing of, I log back into the game, all the mats I bought are gone, and so is my gold (quite a large amount as you will see, I’ll list everything I ordered here in a second). It’s not even showing up in my transaction history, but the gold is definitely missing. Here’s the list of everything I lost and the approximate amount of gold I lost as well.

1x Elonian Helmet Padding
1x Elonian Helmet Strap
1x Elonian Shoulderguard Panel
1x Elonian Shoulderguard Padding
1x Elonian Longcoat Padding
1x Elonian Longcoat Panel
1x Elonian Glove Panel
1x Elonian Glove Lining
1x Elonian Trouser Panel
1x Elonian Trouser Padding
1x Elonian Boot Sole
1x Elonian Boot Upper

(All these things add up to roughly 900 gold.)

I’m not sure if this is the proper place to share this, if it isn’t would someone mind linking me where it SHOULD be so that an Arena Net Employee would see it? This is not a small amount of gold I’ve lost, and would like to either get my items back, or my gold, and would love to talk to anyone at all who could help me with this.
