So I just got the same error I did last night when the servers failed and we all lost our arms and legs due to a lame server rollback.. many of us lost a lot when that happened,.. it’s 7:42 pm MST here and it’s happened yet again. Hope this isn’t a trend because I am not sticking around for constant rollbacks!! BTW this was on Darkhaven server

Tarnished Coast shut down as well.

I got kicked out of game and I can’t log back either. Same time as yesterday. NSP server here.

Happened here on Eredon terrace, JUST after we killed shatterer and got our, loot. Rolled a lot of us back to before the event everybody losing the loot they got.

Back up for me too but once again rolled back and I lost all the glory and daily pvp credit I’d gotten,.. sometimes I wonder why I’m still playing here

Same here. Two nights in a row and Tonite, I lost 3-4 rares from a Jormag event.

It also seems that They are ignoring all the posts about this.

it is the rollback that is frustrating. i lost rares and gold from the SB event. i’m getting really close to quitting this game. good drops are much less now than when the game launched, and i haven’t had an exotic drop in over 5 weeks. not fun anymore, and these server rollbacks are becoming the last straw.

it’s a shame A net can’t pay attention to their customer base. That’s how games die and dissapear

Again! As others post here, I was booted to my desktop with that stupid lost server connection error message.

We had just finished opening up a good portion of the Straits of Devastation, got the boss down at the Cathedral of Glorious Victory and moved on west to north west to the zone change to Malchor’s Leap.

When I finally got back into the game, I was dead way back at the Cathedral and way pointed to the only place I could – Rally Way Point.

Due to the game roll back, I lost all that explored area, and xp; not to mention all the loot as well as the pois, skill challenges and way points along the way. Not everyone in our group got dumped, there were at least 3 folks still in the game and never had a problem. Still have no idea what caused it but I was not happy.

It appears I also lost some of my daily achievements because of this as well and had to redo everything I had already accomplished. In cases like this I do wish Anet would reimburse us in some manner to compensate for this mess their server burp causes.

Ditto, lost everything from the event.-2nd night in a row this has happened.

I’ll see if I can replay the event before and get the rare chest and if it happens again tonight before really starting to complain.

Yep, I was in Fractals (party leader was on Jade Quarry) and when we left Dessa’s lab to go back to LA, we all got a login server error. We lost everything we got from the Jade Maw chest and presumably any karma or reward level increases as well.

The fact there have been login server issues that can cause rollbacks on 3 separate nights in the last few days is cause for concern, especially because last night was after scheduled server maintenance. It’s making me not want to attempt difficult content because my rewards might get rolled back.

Can we please get some kind of assurance that the issue(s) behind this have been identified/fixed?

I can’t imagine them ignoring this problem. Its either that the people working on it don’t visit the forums, or they are not allowed to shed any info about it because it may scare away players.

Given that the downtime was resolved within minutes on Monday evening with active responses from the community team via the @GuildWars2 twitter account, I’d say they’re well aware of the issues. They probably don’t want to provide an update until they can say they’ve fixed the problem or have a path to fixing it.

This kind of downtime is very atypical of an ArenaNet game, so I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it’s a complex issue and they’ve had people looking at it since it started happening.

At least I could replay the event and get the rare chest again—but only 1 exo instead of the 3 I lost.
On the side—can’t even rememeber that last time I saw a rare drop.

Yeah…you’re doing it wrong, ArenaNet. Much like nearly everything else you’re doing/not doing.
