Server side lag-spikes are occurring all the time. It’s like 2 s of lag every 15 s. Other folks I’ve talked to have been experiencing it too. It’s making PvP unplayable.

I’ve been having the same problem since a day or so before the weekly patch, fps dropping down to 5 or 10, even in low populated areas. Strangely my ping has been stable during these and not spiking like it usually does during framerate drops.
