Several Skill point Challenges bugged

The Skill Point in Mentecki Pass in Bloodtide Coast is bugged, it says the event is active but Broodmother you have to kill is a green mob and the event says it has no life left.
Skillpoint in Inquest Outer Complex in Metrica Province on Aurora’s Glade is bugged. Black Ice Golem is talking but never appears to challenge.
The skill point in the vigilant hills area of Gendarran Fields has been bugged for over a week now on the Sorrows Furnace server. The NPC just isn’t there.
The skill point at Scaver Plateau, closer to Windloss Delves is missing; I stand where it shows on the map but nothing is there
Urrahn the Hunter Skill challenge in Mount Maelstrom still bugged, the NPC is missing. Checked today at Stormbluff isle.
Both volcano entraces are bugged too, its kill you instantly if you try to enter on any volcano paths, so you cant complete points inside the volcano too (Mount Maelstrom – Stormbluff isle)
The SP north of Owl’s Waypoint in Snowden Drifts is also bugged. Been checking on it everyday for the past three days. The NPC is missing.
Marse Scythetail still bugged on Far Shiverpeaks. Can see him speak but not visable.
I have found after the latest update at least 2 per area are bugged, these same ones I have done without a problem on a higher level character.
Skill point: Defeat Warmaster Yulia in Gendarran Fields still bugged out, no npc but npc healthbar displays – Fissure of Woe.
Sparkly Fen 2 skill points are bugged:

the shattered keep skill point is still bugged as I write this post in Sparkfly Fen so you cannot complete the map

Mette’s skillpoint doesn’t work! The NPC is not visible. Server Desolation EU.

it’s clear that there are huge number of bugged skill points across all servers affecting likely close to 100% of the player base – can we please get a dev post with an update on these? maybe explain whey you won’t even reboot the servers at a set time each day so we could get a few minutes/hours of play-ability at least?
In the Plains of Ashford near the Ashford Waypoint and near the Greysteel Armory Waypoint both skill challenges are bugged. The NPC that fights you isn’t currently showing up. In the case of the Ashford Waypoint, the NPC is named Centurion Mika Thickblood and if you stand where he is supposed to be standing you can hear him taunting people in the area. But he is not visible.
Is there no way to just put an hourly reset on these NPCs? Even if somebody, at the time of the reset has to start over the fight that is better than never getting to fight them at all.

I have the same issue, as well as many other people that have just tried checking again today. This NPC (the skritt at the top of the tower) is missing that we need to talk to, to start the fight and complete the skill point challenge. Many of us have this as the last point we need to complete the map for Queensdale.
