Whenever there is a lot of stuff going on in WvW it can happen that although I press a key, and the according skill “registers” it (indicates by the skill icon flashing accordingly) it is NOT executed though! So although the game apparently registers that you just pressed that key, it will for some reason refuse to execute the skill (and put it on cooldown accordingly). Sometimes it requires as many as 3 attempts to finally “get through”. (Quad core cpu here btw., and system fulfilling the recommended game hardware requirements.) This bug is actually pretty rare, I had really insane wvw spam happening on my screen (everyone including myself invisible yay) without it triggering, but IF it happens it’s annoying nevertheless :-p.

best statistical loot in the game. We want everyone on equal power base.”

This happens in PvE too, when servers are too bogged down. Seems that it’s simply the server dropping skill requests when it has too many other things going on. If it gets to be too bad drop out of the zerg and find a small team to cap stuff with – less stuff going on prevents this issue.

Actually I’ve noticed that the skill cooldowns on-screen are not in sync with the server. So if you’re trying to use a skill that has a bit of a longer cooldown on it and just ‘came back’ on your screen, wait a few seconds.

This is not acceptable, but its sort of a workaround.
