I want my proper ring.

I just finished my level 47 quest. I got a Potent Ring of the Berserker as my reward.

When it was in my inventory, it was the Potent Ring of the Berserker. When I linked it to my friend it was a Potent Ring of the Berserker. When I equipped it, however, it became just a regular Potent Ring.

What gives? Where’s my upgraded ring? This is broken.

Please help.

Similar issue with another quest:

I just finished Forewarned is Forearmed lvl 48 story quest. at the end you get to choose a cool ring with an upgrade in it.
upon checking the inventory the upgrade is gone. ring still there but as above the reward is now a simple “penetrating ring” with no upgrades.

this happened to me as well.
item was downgraded to stock on equip
