Shadow Protector trait’s regeneration boon doesn’t stack duration. Can this please be fixed anytime soon?

Please Remove/Fix Thief Trait: “Last Refuge.”
“Hard to Catch” is a Horrible and Useless Trait. Fixed 6/23/15. Praise Dwayna.
