Guild Wars 2

I am currently working on the quest “Shadows of the Past”. I have reached the last part of the quest titled “Liberation”. I completed this last step grouped with a friend doing the same quest. My friends got credit and finished the quest. I got credit for completion, but I never got the mail message to actually finish the quest line. I am still stuck on the point where you have to “Read you mail”, but there is nothing in my Mail Box.

I have posted this in game as a “Game Bug” with progress blocked.

Any help would be appreciated.

This has just happened to me. No idea what to do, or how this was fixed. Please help.

A little ridiculous that there are many forum posts about this bug, since I have learned just now. Glitch has been out for more than 2 years, still not fixed. Seriously questioning if I should continue with this game if things like this occur.

if you are below level 30, you will not get the mail until then. it has been like that for a while and only happens if you do the story with someone else.
