This is a graphical bug, which I have only tested with equipment preview and it’s about the medium armor set which you can buy with Flame Legion Charr Carvings. Shoulder and chest armor won’t show on your character at the same time, instead you will get a graphical bug which will remove what ever you are wearing on your head.
I hope this will get fixed soon, since I’m drooling for that particular set :P
