Since the February update, the Shank Anchorage event has become blocked and will not restart. I have confirmed this both on my home server, Whiteside Ridge EU, and a server I guested to, Vabbi EU. On both of these servers, the event to take Shank Anchorage has failed numerous times, and now the event simply will not restart.
An interesting thing to note is that, in the Whiteside Ridge case, after discovering that the event would not restart, I discovered Warmaster Chan, the event NPC, dead on the floor nearby. After reviving him he ran back to Meddler’s Summit, gave his usual dialogue about returning later to try again, then despawned (as usual). However, the event still has not restarted.
On Vabbi, an even more curious phenomenon occurred. I went to see if I could find Warmaster Chan’s body anywhere, and discovered a veteran Risen abomination with a group of standard Risen neatly arranged around him in a circle at the gates to the Risen-controlled Shank Anchorage. It appeared that they were arranged in the same way that many event monster waves are when they initially spawn, only the event was not going on, and the Risen were doing nothing other than standing around.
I hope that you can investigate and get to the bottom of this. This event was working perfectly for me since the January update, but it appears the February update has broken something or other.
