Shatenner no reward and no chest at the end

I did the whole shatenner event, and i got no rewards of any kind and no chest at the end of the event like Anet said there would be for events like this. I have no clue if it is a bug or not. But kinda bites i did the event and i didnt get a single item or anything from it.

Anyone else have this problem?

I can honestly say that I have never encountered any problem fighting Captain Kirk.
