Shield Generator is bugged for me or I don’t know how to use it.
I press skill and target at location and nothing happens.

Much more its treated as bundle item and I can run with it all along.

And second case:
I don’t have Shield Generator Mastery at all. Is that mastery exclusive only for hot? or I have something crashed. I don’t say that I don’t spent points for it. I don’t have Shield Mastery line at all so I can’t talk about spending points.

You seem to be using a translate application. I don’t know what you mean by “shield generator” I believe this is not being translated correctly.

If you don’t have HoT, you can’t use it. You should have received an on-screen message about needing HoT when you tried to use it. Perhaps that’s what’s broken.
