It says the virtue has 0 casting time (or rather it does not say anything about it)
However, in reality there is like 0,5 or 1 sec casting time during which the ability can be interrupted. Also, it should really be look at because it also works as a stun breaker if traited, and I have a feeling it doesn’t do what it should.
