If you’ve got your gift of the explorer than what your missing is an actual region (“Lair of the Coil” in Timberline Falls for example) not a map marker (POI, Waypoint, Vista, ect). Without seeing you maps I cant really say which one your missing, all I can do is suggest you very thoroughly compare your map zone by zone to those on the wiki for any inconsistencies.
Ignore the area lists given and use the pictures of the zone. They’re broken down by sector and 100% spot on. I’ve used them just the other day to fill out the explorer’s achievements myself.

Meh, same for me, I to have 174/175. Going high and low, checked every where, still nothing new to find..

Edit: My missing one was the Forsaken Fortune mini dungeon, got my shiverpeaks done, forsaken fortune and the kite on top of that, nice bunch of achievements done in one go.

I can’t remember which zone, but one of the shiverpeaks areas has a “cave” near a grawl area, you can’t go in unless grawl is your sympathetic race, but you can run up to the wall blocking the cave and uncover it. I believe it’s in a north easterly area of the map for that particular zone. (probably 40-50 ish zone, maybe Dredgehaunt)

FYI, the explorer achieves (not map completion) relies mostly on the white text regions listed on your maps, definitely not on poi’s or waypoints or anything like that.

The most common missing areas are usually associated with a jumping puzzle or explorer achievement. You don’t have to complete the JP/achievement; you just have to unlock the area, i.e. get the pop-up of the white name and remove the fog of war surrounding it.

Good luck.
