For a week or two I`ve had this happening, just seen this via Youtube & seems a few have the same bug/glitch.

We can use shocking Aura & the effect shows on the enemy most of the time & sometimes not on ourselves.

I second this. Seems to happen with the trait powerful auras as well. Also, powerful auras often does not show the animation although the effect of the trait is still applied.
