Should I post it here for report?
No idea what’s it about but if you have found some type of exploit or something that can be exploited feel free to report it to exploits@arena.net, that’s the proper way to report these things. Just to remind, that email is meant for reporting exploits, hacks and stuff and not players. If you have caught someone exploiting report them using the in-game tools.
