So I purchased the chop-it-all axe, the consortium sickle, and the molten pick when they first came on the scene. Tried to swap them to another toon and it said in red letters SOULBOUND. This isn’t the case on the gem store. Please rectify this situation as a 1000 gems x3 is a little steep to have to do for a THIRD time.

You have to bring them to an NPC, I forget who exactly, I think the Black Lion Weapons Specialist, with the items equipped or in your inventory, and he will swap them for account bound versions.
