RoS = Ruins of Surmia

Location = WildCreek, Eternal Battlefields, WvW

Siege merchant talks to you but no GUI appears to buy/sell.

Think that’s pretty clear!

Actually problem seems wider. Also siege merchant in Lowlands has same problem, But one at RoS spawn in EB works :~

Please fix. We have a fully upgraded tower and keep, with non-functioning siege merchants!
