(Superior) Sigil of Malice doesn’t give any condition duration bonus when you die. You need to unequip and then equip weapons with the Sigil so the bonus +10% duration is back.

still bugged. only way to get bonus back is to unequip.
It would have been better if the original topic had the correct name. Signet of Malice is a Thief healing skill.
