Sigil of Blood bugged?
Trying to see it proc on test golems would be difficult since your health is full.
Works fine in PvE. Tested in Cursed Shore and Gendarran Fields. Using 68%/88% critical chance.
even if you can’t gain life, it should still take life from the target. or does it not?

“Healing: 453 (0.1)?
Damage: 452 This damage ignores armor and is independent of the amount of life you heal from the sigil. It is also independent of Power and Healing power.”

Never really took the sigil for that reason so I forgot about it. :P
I just checked and yes it does take life from the target even when your health is full. Initially I thought testing that would be difficult because you would have to spot the damage among the cloud of damage numbers. In reality it turned out to be easier than expected.
I got my crit chance to 103% then started fighting things in Gendarran Fields. Since all the damage from my attacks were crits it is easy to spot the damage from the sigil.
Did you read it from the combat log? Because I spent a good 10 minutes beating up stuff with a 70% crit-chance and never saw it procc once.

It doesn’t show up in the combat log.
That actually helps in seeing when it procs. You know it has proc when you see a number floating around that is not in your combat log. In my case the number is also very far from the range of damage from my attacks.
