Guild Wars 2

So I bought one of these Sigils of Draining thinking it would work well on a rev’s staff 5 as it is a knockdown attack. I tested it out on some random mobs, and it does absolutely nothing. No bonus damage and no stolen health. Nothing in the combat log, and no damage or healing showing up on the screen. There is apparently no cooldown for the sigil, but it seems like there must be.

Unless you are getting the “interrupt” text popups you aren’t interrupting anything. Easiest way to test this is attacking the arid devourers in Silverwastes or any Mordrem Mender with a crit based character. Crits will interrupt both of those without any skill use.
