As far as I can tell, the sigil of Paralyzation hasn’t functioned properly since they “fixed” it a year or two ago (the sigil was rounding up to the nearest second). I, at least, haven’t seen it affect tooltips or actual length of stuns/dazes on Ranger or Thief.
If/when they fix it, I’d really like the sigil to explicitly state that it works on stuns and dazes. As it should.
It would be interesting to hear your test scenarios since the sigil very obviously works.
sorry, I tested again with high precision and it’s working as intended, only the tooltip don’t reflect the sigil effects. gonna delete this soon.
