Sigil of battle/energy/int bug
Those sigils share a cooldown, and first sigil to activate are from main hand weapon.
So you can’t use 2 sigils on swap in one set becouse only the first will proc.
Is that clearly intended? or is it a bug? If it’s clearly intended the game should clearly state it.
Never really directly specified but there was a dev post mentioning the shared timers without referring to it as a bug. This is on the level of interpreting tea leaves though. -_-
