For the last patch of tracks you have to inspect in Sign Cutting, just before the entrance to Dragon’s Stand it doesn’t update. The bar gets filled and the objective becomes “Inspect tracks.” After hitting F on the tracks, the objective becomes complete, but doesn’t give a new objective, thus halting the story line from progressing.

I have the same issue and I’d like to add on that I was put into combat almost exactly as I discovered the second clue.

Also, why is there no specific category for Story related bugs on the report a bug feature in-game? Pretty dumb how I have to come here instead of reporting it in-game and moving on.

Same issue here. Did that in a group and everyone had the bug.

Same issue , on two characters now .. !!! blocking me since hours !
I finally started to master itzel poison – hoping this will solve the issue for me

This morning, after the patch one of my chars could get a little progress in the upper right on the 2nd spot – but then it stopped , iirc the moment i was engaged by one of those walking mushrooms .

On the other char i do not see moving progress at all.

Same issue, it’s really annoying

1 leave Map.
2 restart previous chapter
3 start sign cutting again.
4 go back to the storyline map
5 make sure you don’t have any pets/minions out or it will bug again,
6 have fun running thru entire map with no minions (or it will bug again)

and please note that when you drop the Sign cutting and restart it, it will tell you to get 4th mastery of nunoch, (SUPER LOL), but it fixes itself when you go back to the other map.

Same. Did not even get to second track…

Also cow, I am a freaking ranger. I cannot have my pet stowed when I enter a map instance. Nice try. C- for creativity.
