I was using signet of air on my elementalist while I was crafting (quick runs to the TP). There seems to be a difference in what the tooltips say is the % increase to movement speed. Hovering over the ability in the utility bar it says 25% but the buff bar says 10%. Am I just not understanding it or is it a discrepancy?
