Guild Wars 2

Hello,

First off, thanks for the run speed buff on the Necromancer!

The tooltip on the signet says 25%, but when the buff is on it says 10%; I’m guessing this is a bug? Is it just the buff tooltip that says 10% or are we actually given 10% instead of 25%?
