I have found a repeatable and consistent bug for the Ranger class while under the affects of Signet of the Wild+Signet of the Beastmaster trait..

Signet of the beastmaster causes all signets used to affect the ranger as well as the pet. The signet of the wild increases size and damage as well as providing stability.

While under the effect of signet of the wild buffed by signet of the beast the ranger is unable to perform the stomp finisher. I have confirmed this on the training dummies in the mist as well as in spvp..

if you have a finsher available on a downed opponent and you activate the signet of the wild to obtain stability, the option for the down stomp vanishes and you can only attack.

without the singet of the beast master selected as a trait down kill work as per normal even with the signet of the wild active..

please fix.

also noting some issues with signet of the hunt not applying any damage boost to critical hits with my bow.. once again using signet of the beastmaster trait.

Has anyone bothered to test if SotW prevents the pet from interacting with players to revive them with “Search and Rescue” with SotW active.?
Since the Signet of the Beastmaster’s trait prevents a player from reviving a fallen ally while under the effect SotW. Just curious.

didn’t we get an official response as to why we cant do anything while the signet is active? if I recall it was said that the signet causes a “transformation” that prevents rangers from using any interact ability while it is active, this includes finishing foes and reviving allies which makes this skill very worthless in pvp if you cant revive allies or finish foes if you are traited for beastmaster’s signets, while it is active you are forced to watch you team mates die and you generally cant out dps someone who is rezing a downed foe.

Anet should get rid of the Size Change transform thingy and apply some other effect to the Ranger instead then, like the red stuff that comes off of you when you use Rampage as One, do the exact same effect, but make it green or another color instead. No transformation, just a particle effect, because it is kind of a horrible handicap that gets thrown on us.

Any idea on what’s going on here? Also, I like the green particle effect idea. Even though I enjoy the enlargement, if it means I can’t stake/Rez/interact with things using F, I’d rather not have it.
