I purchased the exotic Sinister insignia recipe from Silverwastes and all the exotic Sinister medium armor recipes, then learned them on my 500-skill Leatherworker, but the options to actually craft them do not appear in my crafting menu.

I bought another copy of each, and when I click them, it tells me I already know the recipe. Has anyone else seen this bug before?
