I don’t know if this was posted before but there is a bug with the consumable, Skale Venom, sold by Rexavian Redfoot at Bloodfin Lake after the completion of the event there.
The description of the consumable is : You have a 10% chance to inflict weakness and vulnerability for 5 seconds when you hit a foe.
The bug consist of the fact that, skills that bounce, like the Necromancer’s Reaper’s Touch also have a chance of applying the debuffs on yourself. I did try it on a variety of creatures and well, you get the debuffs too if you use bouncing skills.
