Hey, just reporting this because it appears this skill challenge in the Shattered Keep (Sparkfly Fen) is a bit buggy. The first time I attempted this skill challenge, she’d spawn but her HP would reset when you defeat her. Now she’s not appearing at all. I’ve attached a screenshot of the current issue on Darkhaven.

I just went down there and there was no “Spooky Luka” but the event description appeared.

Same on Stormbluff Isle. A few of us searched high and low inside the keep for the skill challenge but the only sign I found was the popup on my quest thingy in one of the corners on the lowest level.

The NPC isn’t visible or available for interaction on the henge of Denravi server.

She isn’t appearing for me either, however the quest comes up when you get near and she even speaks… haha

Same for me, only that one spot to complete Sparkfly Fen.
