Guild Wars 2

In the Bloodtide Coast zone, there is a skill challenge directly south of the Castavall Waypoint called Defeat Two-Eye Ignatl the Pirate. The NPC for this skill challenge does not spawn, despite the fact that the orange circle + fist icons appear on the minimap when approaching the challenge. The NPC’s health bar also appears on the upper right of the screen (where quests are normally listed); however, the skill challenge itself never initiates. The corner of the beach where the challenge should be taking place is simply empty, save for a few crabs.

This is on the server Crystal Desert.

He does not appear on Henge of denravi too, since 2 days ago

The NPC Two-Eye Ignatl you need to fight is missing for the skill point challenge in Bloodtide Coast.

I’m having the same issue. He’s not there, and finishing the zone is not possible.

Yep same here on Ferguson’s Crossing.

Along with almost every other DE is broken to some degree and incompleteable. :/

I am also having the same problem, and i have been checking every hour or so. Im on Borlis Pass, but soembody told me that they had seen him yesterday. So i dont know whats going on.

I suppose this isn’t fixed for anyone yet? He’s still not there on Fort Aspenwood at least.

Any word on this?

One broken skill point away from zone completion ):

You can walk right up to the skill point and he will say the line
“One thousand two hundred fifty – huh?”
and you will be able to see a health bar and a new event prompt but there will be no-one there to kill.

Skill point challenge in south-west corner of Bloodtide coast (nearest Jelako Waypoint) is bugged on Ehmry Bay server. See screenshot…

Bump. It would appear to still be bugged. I was there last night, and came back online hoping it would’ve been fixed after the nightly update. Still no luck. It’s the last thing I have left for BTC map completion.

It was bugged the last two days I checked it on Crystal Dessert as well (didn’t check it today though).

He was up on Kaening two days ago and he had not been prior to that. I was able to get the point and map complete.

Same at Blacktide server

Hes talking but totally invisible on Isle of Janthir, probably stuck under the world with all the poor mesmers.

Still not there on Isle of Janthir but he shows up in the chat.

Bugged on Blacktide EU as well.

Pretty sure it’s safe to say he’s universally broken.

This SP is still broken, why is there a Game Bugs, section and no acknowledgement of this confirmed by a GM almost a month later, not list anywhere other than player based?
So i think i’m going to acknowledge all the post i see for this bug to bump this bug up.

at least they could do server resets every night like they used to so we could have a chance to finish world explorer

Any word on this? I just tried to do the skill completion on Ruins of Surmia EU, but there’s no NPC. I’ve spent 30min roaming the area for any sign of him.
Sent a report just now.

I’ll wager the NPC will appear and will work correctly at least once, on all servers, on the 10th of December… (When the severs are restarted for a patch).

Is this a ‘fight em for the skill point’ NPC? I’ve been wondering if these guys can get knocked into walls…
