The skill challenge person near the Deadend Waypoint on the Bloodtide Coast map isn’t appearing. Doing some searching, an Agent Xinn is suppose to be in the area. His voice will appear in the chat sometimes, asking you to come closer. But he does not exist, making it impossible to complete this skill point.
