Greetings. I’m playing a ranger currently. Level 80. Since level 75 I’ve been able to receive skills from kill Challenge areas. I’ve done them in multiple regions of the world; both in and outside of overflows.
Since level 80 I’ve gained no skill points from leveling as well.
