Guild Wars 2

The skill point on the far right of the map next to the Dominion of Winds seems to be bugged out. I have been unable to get him to appear even after switching servers. If I could get help with this that would be great. Thanks.

That one was working before, did it twice, but it seems there are loads of skill points bugged now. Stinging Wind in Snowden Drifts is also invisible, and if I scroll down in this forum, there are more. Kind of disheartening.
