Skill Point bugged at 70-75 map since 5day.

Veteran Risen Spectral Guard[Skill Challenge] unable to click(Speak) to npc and its like this since 5 days.reportted many times but after every daily patch it’s still same. Attached screenshot of bugged npc.

Haven’t tryed it yesterday myself, but in general chat there where people saying that it was fixed and that they got the skillpoint

Just tried several servers where it was bugged, but it seems to be working on Ehmry Bay US. I’ve seen people do it 3 times during the last 10 minutes.
