The skill point south of Brigantine Isle in Grendarran Fields has been bugged for two days now, the pirate who is supposed to be there is not there.

I’ve seen as many as 3-4 people just standing there waiting for it or trying to figure out what’s wrong, personally It’s the last thing I need to complete that zone.
