Guild Wars 2

Since last night the NPC for the skill point south west of the temple of balthazar has been moved to the opposite side of its perch, but you still cannot interact with it at all. Very frustrating being the very last thing needed in the area. Anyone know of any fix?

I know how to fix it. I have done it multiple times on my server. I play as a guardian and if you equip a staff and use the “5” skill. (something about making an unpassable wall) if you line up the circle on the skill inside the circle below the npc, it will push it…it will start trying to get through the wall, and then reset and fall to the ground, once again allowing you to talk to it. Now, what break it, is if you attack it and knock it away while fighting or even simply moving backwards by fighting. if it moves while you are fighting it, it will bug out again. Find a guardian or someone with a wall skill and try this out. You are welcome. :-)

Doesn’t seem to work for me I tried several times with several different wall skills on my guardian and nothing seems to work.

use line of warding. its all about how you line it up as well.
the shield on the skill should be right in the middle of the green circle under the NPC when you click on him

But the NPC is green it technically isn’t a foe
