Skill challenge: Defeat Roj the Rowdy Butcher
He seems to be underneath the world.
This skillpoint is in Diessa Plateu.
There still seems to be no way to complete this challenge…
He is not there for me either, he shows up on the map and the event pops up, but he isnt there.

I’m getting it as well. Roj is absolutely out of reach.

Ruins of Surmia: event is on map, npc has dialogue, but cannot be seen and interacted with.
edit: for clarity.
Just want to chime in and say that Roj is bugged on Sanctum of Ral. NPC is not in location on map, and event shows up.
