The skill point giver Shaman Purda at Charrgate Haven in Diessa Plateau won’t start or respond. I have watched 7-8 people in the last 5 minutes try to no avail. I tried quitting the game and restarting but did not work. It was working yesterday before the patch late yesterday. I was too low a level then to try, now I’m the appropriate level and it doesn’t work, lol. Any solutions?

It should be working now – I entered Diessa Plateau late last evening on my current character and Shaman Purda was not only working, people were activating him almost continually to the point that it got kind of irritating. :P

Nope still broken. Stayed about 15 minutes this time to see if it would “unbug”. No such luck. Saw 3 other people try and fail too. The bug must come and go. Unfortunately I have not been lucky enough to catch one of the working times. LOL

Broken on Yak’s Bend today. Looks like challenge has been activated, but NPC is nowhere in sight. Probably stuck under stairs or something.

Necro to the max, getting the same issue, i’m level 30 and i can not get this guy’s dialog to come up when i talk to him, i did the quests around here too

Yep, Shaman Purda is still broken as of now. Several folks besides myself all talked to her, and she seems to be stuck in combat, and gives generic chat banter, no option to engage her for the skill point. Bummer.
