Hi.
My GF got a gw2 account to play with me. we both did new chars, yet i can commune with skill points and do the other (item comsumption based) skill points, and she cant Oo! the only skill points she can do is the combat ones =\

Can she initiate the combat Skill Points or just help you when you initiate them. Skill points aren’t unlocked right away on new accounts, so that may be the issue the two of you are encountering.

She cant start them actually. I need to start them and she gets the point by helping out.
IF its level based … i cant find the level reward that “allows” you to interact at skill points in the list you mentioned =\
