The skillful achievement under the hero tab requires you to have acquired 1000 skill points account wide but skill points earned through repeatedly leveling to 80 again are not counting.
With 202 SP in the world this is basically requiring you to find every SP in the world on all 5 default character slots. Surely this is not the intent I hope.

i think its part and parcel of a long term achievement to get 5 characters at lvl 80

yeah but its not just getting 5 to 80, you pretty much have to do 5 world completions.

legendary weapon collector also have multiple tiers, i think its just a super long term achivment just like 1 million dolyak kills for 1 title :X

and I think you are wrong and its a bug. You get credit for every legendry, you do not however get credit for every skill point you collect. You also get credit for every dolyak you kill. I am not debating the number needed, I am however questioning the method of counting.

today I noticed that skillful now does count skill points earned from leveling up after 80. I think they slipped this in in a recent patch
