I am at this point again for the 4th day and the ncp still has not show up. It really sounds like he is missing off all the servers at this point. (I am on Northern Shiverpecks)

I am here now and have been checking back everyday and still not here. Thought there would be a game restart sometime. Might fix some of these problems but I guess not.
