Skillpoint in Devast District bugged

Event starts when you near it, activating the sword creates the animation, but no enemy appears and the skill cannot be completed. Confirmed in Yak’s Bend

It’s better to keep your mouth shut and appear stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
